Following a no-stock model, majority of the pieces are made-to-order unless discussed in advance. Our pieces are made to high standards, carefully crafted in London, UK.
Working exclusively through pre-orders allows young brands to produce only what they sell. When you submit a pre-order, we will make your piece especially for you. Pre-orders finance production cost upfront, meaning that young brands can function without high-risk initial investments. Moreover, it is more sustainable as no stock will go to waste.
As these item are made-to-order, please allow 1-4 weeks for our team to produce your items before shipment. Please check the item's description for the lead time.
We deliver to most countries where ROYAL MAIL TRACKED, FEDEX, DHL and UPS is available. Carrier might change pending availability. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, Pack Stations or military addresses.
We are currently operating at normal speed while taking great safety measures to protect our staff. Please be aware that local safety measures or restrictions regarding COVID-19, might affect delivery times.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week. Please note that deliveries are not made on holidays.
Please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Always include a phone number.
For any delivery destinations outside of the European Union, you are responsible for Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid any unexpected charges.

Payment is taken and processed at the time of your order is placed. In addition to the price of the product, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product.
Payment for all products must be made by credit/debit card or any method detailed on the website from time-to-time. The price of the products will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received and will include VAT.
We will issue you with an electronic receipt to your email address once the transaction is completed and will send you a further e-mail and tracking number once the products have been dispatched.
If for any reason we cannot fulfilled your order, a full refund will be issued.
The customer shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form. Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity of identifying whether you have made any input errors by reviewing your basket. You may correct those errors before placing your order by amending your basket.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. No order submitted by the customer shall be consider to be accepted by us until you have received an order confirmation. The order will be processed once payment for the order is received. All orders are subject to availability.
You may return full priced items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund minus shipment, on the condition that the item is unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached. Sales items are non-refundable.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
To return any item from your order, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reference of the item you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide a return form for you to complete that should be included in the package with your return as well as a shipping label.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality check. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
Your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. You can either ship yourself directly or the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
