Custom Order Process

Upon confirmation, we will schedule an initial consultation call with Shek, the designer, to discuss your preferences regarding the silhouette, colour, and other details for your unique garment. During this conversation, he will create a series of sketches, a research board, and present fabric options for your review and feedback. We'll continue this collaborative process until a final design is approved. Additionally, we offer textiles that have been featured in our previous collections.
To initiate the custom design process, we kindly request a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon delivery.
Rest assured, your custom piece will be meticulously crafted in our London studio and shipped worldwide using tracked FEDEX shipping for your convenience.
